I’ve been trying to focus on building the show herd and managed to hit a daily income of 25,000 this month. Next step? A bona fide GMT project. I’d like to make a KitM Cherry Drop stallion. Eventually. Maybe in a few months:). What are you working towards?

I am working on finishing this stud and then I plan on stockpiling GMT tokens for the entire month of May :) I want to have as many as possible saved for June 1st when the Diamond Age HH is released :D Diamond Age was one of my favorites but when it was first released i was still relatively new and I didn't GMT many horses, if any, back then.
What i really need to do in the meantime, is mass geld a TON of lined studs that i have a million of just sitting in my barn doing nothing lol

My biggest goal is a very long term one. I started it on 1st April 2017 and have not yet reached my goal!

I like big boned horses, so I set myself the goal of breeding one starting out with light boned ponies. I created 3 stallions and 30 mares initially, then another 3 and 30 next breeding season (which was every two months back then!), followed by another 3 and 30 and finally 1 stallion and 10 mares to give me a total of 10 stallions and 100 mares. I have set minimum bone density requirements for each generation and culled all stock that didn't meet the minimum. I also set height requirements but increased them at a much slower rate. I have also set myself paper levels for each generation to make sure quality is good. To date this is my heaviest horse.

Catch up with sorting through my foals and unnamed horses.

Having the random namer give all my intact horses names.

Also start implanting the 771 embryos I made while working through my last goal of emptying my freezers (down to one foundation stud with 137 straws left in my freezer) which is why I’m behind on the naming and sorting through my foals and unnamed horses because I had them all caught up in the beginning of the year.

I am actually trying to downsize but keep my new lines going. Im also looking at bootstrapping. But so far im not too successful. :-))

@WhiteValley - I love that! It’s exactly the kind of challenge that makes this game fun.

@HayesStable - that is one heck of a fancy stallion. I wish I had the discipline to save towards something.

@Bandit1119 - 771 embryos? I do not envy you.

@Brandybrookes - I’ve had the same problem with bootstrapping. Just sort of hit a wall this season with the bootstrap horses, while my more carefully bred lines are catching up in PT score. Suppose I’ll eventually phase the first set out, even if I do enjoy the random fancy things I get from crossing whatever with whatever.

I am working on my first big project and at the moment am just waiting to somehow come up with 53 gmt tokens. I am wanting to add two copies of satin, one of Kit M, and when mushroom comes back around to buy I am adding two copies of that!
I cant decide wither to just spend the money (which I really should save) and have him done within a reasonable amount of time, or stick with only buying the mushroom. :-?

I'm trying to save up for a barn. I'm about 10 ivs away from a 120 stall barn. After that, I'm going to start gmt-ing a few horses to try and start a black liver line.

I have two goals at the moment.

First, obtain another 60 acre pasture for my two second gen stallions that compliment each other very well.

Second, buy a big barn for my show horses. 210 would be awesome, but since I only have a 3300 show bonus, 90 is probably what I’ll try to go for.

And @White Valley I think yours is so cool, love the idea and how much progress you've made (and love the look of your lineage).

For me my goal is to downsize downsize downsize and really get a focus on. It almost feels like some weeds I cannot terminate, every time I try to cull some horses I breed more than the double and like them all xD
So for me it will be taking some time to figure out what I'd really like to focus on, set goals and restrictions for that and rigorously cull them all.
Maybe I need to add a number to it: 10% less horses? Right now that means culling 982 horses oh gosh :o I've got some work to do :')

I noticed that some of my accounts (which I started all pretty much at the same time, and with the same level of cluelessness) are generating much more in daily payout, and so I'm trying to get the lower-income accounts in line with the highest couple. The thing I'm pointing to is "this is the difference" is that those two accounts both either have a strong bootstrap group or accidentally ended up being boostrap for the whole account. A third account where I started out breeding unevenly, and had some high Paper & PT studs, before I switched to even gens a few months in is probably the third-highest in income, so that seems consistent with my theory.

So my goal, I guess, is to carve out a bit of space in my low-income accounts for small bootstrap groups, and see how that goes for me. :D

@Heifer lol that’s what happens when you play for over 12 years and have a habit of collecting and buying straws and eggs but your freezer is so cluttered and unorganized that you never really are able to combine them into pairs.

I had about 10 embryos in December when I started going through all my freezer eggs and straws and labeling them the way I name my horses and then started making embryos.

I think I'm going to try for breeding show horses that reach level 8 in competition. I got some foals with a PT in the high 10s this month so that's a start.

Right now I would say that my biggest goals are:

1. Get rid of all the old 90 and 120 stall barns and upgrade to 210 stall barns for my show stock to neaten things up some.

2. Go through all of my pastures and get rid of the mares that didn't inherit at least one copy of DP. KP is more of a lovely bonus to have, gene wise.

3. Go through all my old straws and eggs and get rid of the ones that don't fit my new criteria. *wishes for a mass delete straws/eggs button*

4. Get up to at least 200k in daily bonus.

As far as GMT projects go, I'm trying to finish up this girl before the breeding season is over so I don't lose a season but it looks like she won't get done. Oh well, she needs one more DP, a sabino and tobiano and I might make her Hom KP to go with my other stud but I don't know if I'll be able to without losing too many seasons

short term? to stop spending my daily bonus on boosts and gmts and buy another barn instead, so that i can breed the rest of my mares this season :-))

long term - hold the same daily bonus i have now but with less ponies. And hit champion stallion in the liver breders club (was 2nd last season).
