Now that I have some time and we can see KP & DP (Thank you Ammit :D ) I've been going through my mares. The ones I'm questioning are 3-4 gen blues with 10.50-11.90 PTs but they are mostly out of left field complete opposite of what I'm breeding for. Would you try to sell them or just alter them and have pretty show ponies? None of them have levelled off yet. I don't mind altering them just means a minor shuffle around of barns.

If they are not what you want to breed for, then yeah, alter.

or post them for a day and see if there is any interest first? I ve seen a LOT of new names this past couple of weeks ( tho I am also pretty new )

@annismyrph that was kinda my thought. I don't know how much interest they would generate but I figured I'd give it a chance or have tons of pretties lol. I've been on here about 1 1/2 yrs, obviously still learning things lol. Hope you're enjoying HAJ. This is a great community to be a part of.

Yeah, I'd make a sale list and then alter whatever doesn't sell after a week or two. I'm also curious now, what do you have?

@SheWolfMustang27 ; well since I breed for High Chrome Blues lol i'd be interested and I know a couple of others looking for " black " EE aa mares also lol ; and YES I am loving it so far

I ended up altering a few mares that I really like and didn't want to let go of even though they were far from goal. Went back through my Colts and doing same thing.

@Taliesin & @annismyrph I will try to get a list up for you guys to see and go from there. I don't mind altering them but if someone else can use them then I'd rather them have them.

@annismyrph that is awesome :D. This place is my cozy hideaway and I love it.
