Wow! I'm not surprised you're feeling burned out. Do try to rest and sleep as much as you can. Being so tired can make it easier to get sick. Sending good thoughts and prayers your way.

Thanks guys - it feels good just getting it out in the open. I feel so overworked, exhausted, and downright burned out. I just feel like I'm at my breaking point. Thank goodness for the game, it's the only stress outlet I have right now since I can't even see my horse due to travel restrictions. :(

Thank you very much, @annismyrph. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a few breakdowns and cry a handful of times, but I'm trying to get through it all. Definitely hit a bit of a rough patch lately.

I'm right there with you--2 essential jobs as well (at least one of them involves horses), and I work 7 days a week, and right now I am beyond exhausted! Plus, working retail, workers are so dehumanized by most people--getting in your face while they distance from other shoppers, leaving their wipes and gloves everywhere etc. that it really gets to me some days. My third job is the one that provides me balance through creativity...and unfortunately my third job is...a sportswriter. When there are no sports.

So, I understand where you are coming from. This, too, shall pass, I think. I probably don't have anything in my barns of interest for you, but if you want straws from any of my boys, I would be happy to send a few your way. Hang in there!

Ugh that sounds exhausting! I currently work as a janitor in some offices about 30 minutes away from me in down town (i almost lost this job but the building managers changed their minds). I am considered essential but since so many offices either have no one or very few working, my hours are so drastically reduced. I average 11 hours every 2 weeks. My other job is closed indefinitely. I have literally 5 cents in my bank account. I didn't qualify for the stimulus money because my dad claimed me as a dependent since i still live in his house but since i am 23 i didn't qualify for him to even receive the dependent money. I am desperately trying to sell tack and art commissions but it's not going well. I am also taking a course to become certified in canine massage therapy (I am already master certified in equine massage therapy) but who knows when i will be able to do anything with it The office i am supposed to be working in is $300/month... I've honestly been avoiding my class but I know i need to get back at it. On the bright side, i get to see my best friend today for the first time since the start of quarantine and i am beyond excited! Forget social distancing, i am giving her the biggest hug :D We are gonna go on a trail ride with my sister who is moving tomorrow morning (like 5am) down to New Mexico (from Michigan). I'm gonna be super sad for her to leave but happy she gets to start this new adventure. I can't wait till later this summer when i can save up and fly down for a visit!
