Homozygous Red Stallion

I have had this stallion for sale for about two weeks and there haven't been any takers. I'm not sure why, I compared him to others similar to him and priced him accordingly, I have him listed at 8500. Any opinions on whether or not that's too high? or any other explanation as to why a stallion like this would take so long to sell? There's nothing wrong with him, he was part of my breeding program until I decided to start breeding for black based horses instead of reds so he had to go. I haven't ever had this much trouble getting one out of my barn before.

He's papered down from his *star papered sire. If no one else wants him, I'm happy to buy him as a show pony, he goes back to some of my early lines on the sire side :DHJ1: 133971

You know, I never noticed that, he was one of my earlier purchases in the game before I really understood it. Thank you for pointing it out or I don't think I would have ever thought to look at his pedigree again lol If you would like him, I'll drop his price a fair bit, but I don't have a premium account so I'm not sure how I could sell him to you directly
