The lottery is a feature of the Create A Horse page. Lottery wins crop up randomly when players are creating horses. There are three prizes--10,000, 250,000, and 1 million hajibucks. The frequency with which they appear is greater for the lowest prize and most scarce for the highest, of course. Personally I have won a 10,000 hb prize a fair number of times. I have never won the 1 million prize.

You might win a lottery prize with the first horse you create on a given day, or you might not win one even though you've made 40 or 50 or more. The randomness is what makes it such a wonderful surprise whenever the announcement shows up above a newly created horse.
