Transferring all of my assets

If I leave the game, how do I transfer my hbs and all of my horses to someone that has been great to work with in this game?
I'm considering leaving, after I've been considering a basic membership. I've done a lot of upgrades and have a lot of great horses. I'm not feeling welcome here and have even been blocked by people. All I've done is ask questions on the forum? Not the fun I was looking for in a game.
