Damage and "failed"?

Damage:
Is it low pt, high pt, low paper, high paper, failed? Which should I watch?
Failed:
This would not be pt but breeding? In other words, if it has a good pt, neuter it and show it, or still get rid of it?

I don't know about damage, but I know that a fail papered horse can definitely make a great show horse. If it's got a good PT, I would keep it and show it.
