ISO 2 Studs

I've got a tall order. I am looking to purchase or lease two 3rd generation studs for next season. Here's what I'm looking for:
- must be Star papered
- must be black based, with no A, or A+. At is fine
- must be 3 or older next season
- must not have Tobiano or Grey
- preference for S+ and/or LP
Anyone have anything like this? I'm willing to pay handsomely. If it's a lease, would probably need this season and next, since I only have one upcoming colt that meets these requirements, and more than 50 mares waiting for him in pasture. Oh he would be wonderful Jayda! And I most definitely can keep his line in house. Would only be one season I need to lease him for, I have one colt coming up, and have found another stud to fill the gap for next season. What would you like for leasing him? Should be able to return him fairly early in the season. The girls are already marinating so they'll be ready on the 5th :DGo boldly, where no App has gone before!

Not really sure to be honest, what do you think would be fair? Payment or a stud trade? I learn toward a stud trade for the season if you have an extra A papered foundation or 2nd gen laying around.Licenses for everything. I have a pixel pony hoarding problem.
