If you go down to the mare-selection at the bottom of the page for the pasture you want to move them into, you can use shift+click to select a bunch of mares in a row, or ctrl+click to select multiple names that aren't next to each other - mares that are in a different pasture will be at the bottom of the list, and will have a "--" before their name. So if you have a naming system that lets you know which mares need to be moved, that way works. :)
