I’m trying to build a show barn after never having one. So I’m after some really good show horses to kickstart my showing. Still not sure what I’m doing with show horses but I know I need horses as a start :)

hit the auction this week ; pick up anything over a 12 PT esp 2year olds or under ; they will pay you back BIGTIME in about 6 months

Or pickup some 8/9yo foundation rescues for 2750, you can put them in auction at 10YO for their lifetime payout. Then use that money for more & repeat. That will give you money to upgrade your barn space as your daily payout goes up.
You can also breed the mare you buy to a quick 3yo create stallion & auction the foals off - that would guve you a 1500hb profit too :)
