So can I delete this game and come back in under different name under my internet. And then we won't be associate. And can breed and sell to each other.

It depends on whether you and your niece have the same Internet Service Provider. If you do, then the information above is correct, deleting your current account and starting another will not unassociate your accounts.

However, if you have one Internet Service Provider and your niece has a different one, then the accounts would probably not be associated. In my area, for example, there are a couple of ISP's. My provider is NorthPenn/Empire Access. I have friends living about 10 miles away and their ISP is PennTeleData, so we could both play the game without being associated.

This association happens because each ISP is assigned a certain number of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. When someone logs on to that ISP (starts up the device), an IP address not currently in use, is assigned to their device. When they log out (turn off the device), that address goes back into the general pool. When the user logs in again, their computer is given a currently unused number from the pool. It might be the same number or it might not.

If I am not mistaken your accounts will be relinked if either of you login at any point from the same address. Just something to be careful of.
