Merging accounts

    I am thinking of merging my two accounts on this server, but they do not come up in the drop bar of the IV shopping screen. Both accounts are over 3 months old. Do I need to cancel the upgrade on the account that will be "bought out" first? Or is there something else I am missing?
    Thank you for any help.

    You can't merge an account with an active premium upgrade.
