Income and transactions
  • I'm wondering if there's a way to track the actions we take on the site?

Such as when we've bought in game funds, when we've been credited weekly allowance and when we've bought/sold horses.

Right now I'm not sure over received my weekly allowance for my basic upgrade account.
The amount I have today, even when I've used some, doesn't seem to add up. I'm sure I had so much last night ( Uk time), did some things earlier, and now after noon (game time), yet the value I have hasn't gone up as I was expecting.

As such I'd like to know if I can find a way to see what actions Ive taken, those that happen automatically and hopefully figure out what's happened with my funds...
  • Have you shown your barns?

  • Yes, but even then it shouldn't knock off 5-10k!
  • How many where entered? are they showing at Local, World...? I am just brainstorming here. I have never had this problem.

  • Creating a tattoo beyond your first one costs 10k. Making a breed name also costs 10k.

And no, there is no tracking of transactions. It would take far too much server space to generate reports on every single transaction in the game for every single player.
  • Is that why the sold list for auction horses stopped being updated quite a while ago?
  • I don't think that's related. There was never any sort of transaction tracking report available to players.
  • I've accounted for my showing fees and horse creation costs....
I've about 10-15 that show at basic level, as not been here very long.
I did purchase extra capital, but thought last night I had about 20-25k left, which is where I was this morning, when I created my new horses. Did the testing etc and funds went down... But not sure I got my roll over funds or it I misspent?
I could be completely out of it.
  • You got paid on Sunday roll over so it was already in the money you were looking at last night. Please note: the server runs on Eastern US time, so if you are in a different time zone, the game's "Sunday" may not be your "Sunday".

  • I checked UK late Saturday night about midnight, then the morning of Sunday about 11am...
    Ah well...
  • I'm in the UK too. Rollover time here is generally around 5am.
  • But was that your "late Saturday night" or ours? The UK is ahead of the US. I don't know where you are, but right now it's Monday night, at 7:36 PM here on the east coast, but in Cardiff it's Tuesday, 12:36 AM.

So your late Saturday night could be well into Sunday for us.
  • Gael, the U.K. is ahead of the U.S., as you stated. Therefore, "UK late Saturday night" could not be Sunday for us (that would make us ahead of the U.K., which we are not), but rather some time on Saturday.

  • Here is a time zone map. I would think that roll over Greenwich time would be 5am?

  • Time zone maps are too much work. :P

If you're on Windows, here's a trick. Left click on your clock/calendar to bring up the controls.

Click on "change date and time settings".

The next box that opens up will have a few tabs along the top. One will be "additional clocks". Click on that tab.

There will be a few sections below, pick one, click on the "show this clock" button to choose it, then set that clock's time for eastern US. You can enter a display name of "game time" or such as you want. Then click apply and close it out.

Next time you click on your clock in the lower right corner, it will pop up with two clocks. The larger will be your local date/time, the smaller will be the game/date time.

So instead of having to do the math every time, just click on your clock and see it. :)

  • I just look at the game date/time at the top of the page and then look at the bottom corner of my computer screen where it gives the local date/time.

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure.

  • I was on the site late Saturday UK time then about noon Sunday game time. So before and after roll over.
Which is why I wanted to know if a way to see monies spent against those credited...
Some games do this for players, some don't...
  • It's very, very easy to spend money faster than you realize here. On more than one occasion, I've burned through hb faster than I should have. However, I prefer a faster game over being able to see records of every transaction I've made. :)
