I'm relatively new to the game, took advantage of the special rank creates the past week, I guess I'm just curious who would be interested in some of the horses I created, seeing as right now I don't really have a focus. Same goes for breedings, how do I go about offering my mares for breeding, without selling them? I want to breed them before this season ends, but don't really have space for the babies right now and I don't want to spend real money on barns until I can commit more to the game and figure out if I really want to keep with it. how much more are the special ranks actually worth?

You can put your mares up for brood, this means that anyone can pay you to use your mare - either to cross one of their stallions with your mare, or to use your mare as a surrogate to implant an embryo that they have already created. Either way, they get to keep the foal and you get to keep the breeding fee.

To put your mare up for public breeding, go to 'Control Panel' on her page. There is a box marked 'Set Breeding Fee' - put the amount you want to get and then hit the button. Don't overprice your mare or nobody will be interested. Your mare will have to be 4 years old or more and not to have been bred this season.
