I've come across a few horses that have notes saying "Superior Daughter", how do you guys tell a mare is superior if there isn't a test? I usually go by .5 PT rule, but is there some things in particular I can look for?
So, like this mare, her PT is higher than her Sire, and since he is the one who i'm basing the line off of I consider her superior... Am I completely wrong?

I only go by PT and paper level. I never go by the mares own PT, it can be misleading to breeding ability. So basically only way to go is breeding the mare and seeing what her foals do as well after using the testing.
