Just got notice my horse died over the night. I can't look him or her up, even using the deceased selection. This ticks me off and I would really like a moderator or Ammit to explain this to me, because I do think that was a horse I need to equally replace. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. If the horse has no offspring, it is deleted from the game when it dies. Archived deceased horses have offspring.

This post is rather aggressive. This is just a game, and a bit of kindness goes a long way. You did not need to "demand to speak to a manager" for a question most members can answer for you.

The deceased horse list is for horses with offspring. Yours had no offspring. We do not keep horses like that in the database because we have to make space. They bog down the database and would make the game unable to run.

I'd add that many members clone horses they are especially fond of as they come up to their first risky rollover, so that if the horse dies it can 'live on' for some time afterwards

So if this horse was a spayed mare or a gelding, and had no offspring ; it would not be in the deceased database for space on the server ; imagine how much room 10+ years of H&J of speldings would take up and how much it would lag the gameout .
Also what exactly was this horse ? more than likely someone in here has one similar or close enough with a couple of GMT's. Asking would go a long way to get people to help :)

She followed this up with a really out of line and unhinged FB message to me. I sincerely hope she gets the help she needs but it was super not ok. I am only posting to explain why she is being banned from our community. It was not because of this forum post.
