He’s Homozygous Snowflake too! I love his Black Snowflake against his Blue Roan coat! He’s so handsome!
Snow On Christmas -
The black speckles are part of his roan pattern. Since he doesn't carry Llp (the symbol for the leopard complex which makes appaloosas) his homozygous Snowflake has no effect on his coloration, since snowflake is a variety of appaloosa varnishing.
However, those darker flecks against is primarily roan coat are indeed striking.

Well whatever they are sure are gorgeous! I’m loving his coloring! Honestly I didn’t realize that he doesn’t have LP until you said that. I just assumed that his spots were the Snowflakes.
