Hello! On the 'Create a Horse' page, they have herd helpers. What is a Herd Helper and are they beneficial or more game oriented for a particular color?

Herd Helpers are very beneficial. You will get a free daily herd helper which you can activate. Even if it is not something you particularly want, by posting the link in the Herd Helpers thread you may be helping another player. If it is something you would like (exceptionally perfect/exceptional producers/top notch producers/exceptional show horses are particularly prized) or a colour that you particularly breed for, then you will have a certain number of creates that you can use, and if you post the link in the Herd Helper thread and other people click it, then you will get some more creates. You get fewer creates for the higher ranks (Rank 1 is lowest, 5 is highest, and sometimes we get special creates from Ammit). Each Daily Herd Helper lasts for 24 hours.

Just one clarification--if you look on the right hand side of the forum page you will find a list of categories, among them "Herd Helpers." When you post your herd helper in the forum, you "Start a New Discussion" and select "Herd Helpers" from the drop down box.

Each player starts a new herd helper thread with the rank and name of the DHH in the title bar and the link and description in the text box. This makes it easy for other players to see each one that has been posted.
