    Is it ok to give a SS person a foal who has licensed genes that are spayed/gelded?

    This person has no licenses
    Licensed for Mushroom,Onyx, Watercolor, Ice 13, ice 16, Phantom lace, Phantom Diamond sparkle.

    i did it over the summer ; my giftee wanted Watercolors and didnt have the license so i bought a bunch of speldings for them

    Have been on both the giving and the receiving end of this. I personally enjoy getting fantasy speldings that I don't own licenses for - they can be hard to pick up at auction if people send them without spaying.

    I believe so. altered horses with closed genes are able to be sold to anyone, with or without the license so I would assume there's no problems with it during gift exchange
