*sigh* 2020 sucked, we can all agree, but 2021 hasn't been any better and January isn't even halfway through.

1st story:
So I am a working student at a nice private barn that I love. I just recently started there as I followed my trainer to her new barn and they were looking for some extra help. So that's great! I get a bit of extra money and still get to ride. Well one of the 'children/lesson' horses there has been aggressive towards me in the past but we've always been able to figure it out but the first day back to work in 2021 I was bit on the leg by the so called 'lesson horse' and he bit so hard and nasty that is made me barely able to move my calf and ankle. My leg swelled so much that night I couldn't wear pants and I had to call out of work the next day because I could barely walk. So that right there should've just told me to quit 2021 and sleep all the way through.

But story #2:
I few days AFTER getting bitten, I got into my car to go to my chiropractor (Lord knows I need some help :)) ) and remembered accidentally leaving my wallet in the car. OH NO I literally jumped to look around in my car and there it was. I had a moment of relief until I looked inside and it was wiped clean. Nothing was left. All my gift cards (which thankfully were all mostly used), along with $30 in cash and most importantly my debit card and drivers license. I panicked and kicked myself so hard for forgetting about it. Had a few panic attacks. Then I had my mom come with me to go get a new ID and froze my debit card, the bank won't issue anything temporary so I had to wait to get one mailed (this was over a week ago, still no card). I don't mind living without a debit card, but my college won't take payments with anything else. And payments are due the 15th. I tried calling and explaining my situation but they are much less then understanding of the situation.I leave for a vacation tomorrow. So maybe it's the timing of things, but it just did NOT fall in my favor.

So here I am, trying to get everything together for my trip. With a still very bruised leg. No debit card. And a college fee to pay otherwise I get dropped from all my classes.
