While I am absolutely green-eyed with envy over the new Ice patterns, I appreciate all the members that have kept the game going for all of us. I look forward to seeing all the new pretty pixel ponies and hope that one day in the future that the Ice genes might be available again. And I love the fact that the tack packs are going to be an ongoing thing so that we can save up our iv's and get them. Thank you Ammit for all the things that you do for us and our horsey fascination :)

If anyone is curious, I added one copy of each Luster Dust I one my black heavy stallions. You can see them here. I noted which Luster Dust they have in their notes. They may not stay this way permanently, but I will keep them like this until 9/1 at least.

Thanks, Ammit! The both the new ice genes are gorgeous, even with nothing but plain chestnut underneath! Now I need to decide if I'm going to GMT them with anything else or if they are spiffy enough with just the ice. :-bd

I did the same thing with the Luster Dust II Package.

All the horses are Named for the pattern and it's in their notes. My Freaky Friday mares is showing a combination of both packs. She has on Lightening from Pack I and Hazy from Pack II

I bought Luster Dust I and II today and have had fun trying them out. Here are a few from my experimenting with Pack I.

Frost powder, scrying glass and gold dust on a bay dun.

Frost powder on a black.

Bloodmyst and scrying glass on a chestnut.

And just for fun - all ten from Pack I on a silver bay roan!

If you copy the image location before clicking on the image icon in the forum text box, the cursor will automatically be in the right place for the URL you will be pasting in. This order of doing things makes it easier to get things to work out.

I really like the effect of those two luster dusts on the bay dun.

Here is my new Ice10 boy. He will definitely get a boost before I breed him. He is absolutely stunning. The artwork is amazing, and I am so happy that he is now a Warmblood. Thank you so very much. You rock.

Wish I could have afforded to get a tack pack too but I am thrilled with my new project. (Like I need another project lol)
