Why can’t I delete my account? Is it because I still have 15 days left of my Premium account? I have canceled it with PayPal!

Accounts can not be deleted. You can only deactivate it.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

The explanation to your question is on the deactivating account page; :)
“Premium subscription accounts can not be deactivated, you must cancel your subscription via PayPal and let it expire first.“
You need to wait 15 days before you can deactivate your account.HJ1: 266615

I think it was pretty obvious what I meant and as I said your response did not answer my question!
A simple “Yes you have to wait 15 days for your Premium Subscription to expire” would have been nice!Post edited by DuffC at 2021-03-21 09:28:56 -
