Hi everyone!
June 9th is my 21t birthday! I'm so excited and have a lot planned for today (since I live in the US, I'm officially an adult. Not sure if that's awesome or scary).
I don't usually do anything big or ask for much. I actually asked for money this year to go towards an iPad so I can start trying out digital art, I want to try some manga style art because I think it can be really beautiful
I also got to make my own cake, being in culinary Pastry school I make everyone's birthday cakes, even my own :) This year I decided to do a cinnamon chai cake. It's so good!

Anyway, I'm just feeling chatty, feel free to start a conversation, share your excitement for the GE, show your favorite horses or anything really!
I'm so glad I'm a part of this community, it's been almost 4 years since I've started playing and I don't plan on leaving any time soon, even as crazy as life tends to get. :x

Happy adulthood!! So how much would be considered too much to spend on eggs/straws for giveaway? I've got a higher end giftee that is going to have more than they'll know what to do with, I think. =))

You've definitely been playing a lot longer than I have that's for sure! I started at the beginning of lockdown last year. This game has certainly kept my feet on the ground when it felt like all was bad in the world. I could come here and fiddle with some digital ponies and feel okay for a few minutes! By the way, you cake sounds phenomenal. I hope you get to eat every last bite ;)

Oooh happy birthday to you!
I'll try to translate a funny Dutch birthday song for you that actually starts with 'happy birthday to you':

Happy birthday to you,
In the pasture is a cow
And the cow says 'i love you'
And after that it says 'boe'

In Dutch this rhymes, as the word for cow is 'koe', which sound the same as you. And another fun thing about this song is that we usually do not say that a cow does 'moo' but boe ('boo').

Do you have any recommendations for mangas to read or animes to watch maybe?

I agree with @steelmagghia ! ; My 30's were the best ; now that i 've hit my 50's you get to decide are you gonna have a birthday Week? or Pretend it never happened and just add a year to 29? I got a tattoo for my 30th ; now its old enough to drink lol. and i am 29 for the 34th time this september :)
