I just got my Photoshop account upgraded and working, so I'd be happy to help you out. I'm usually pretty reasonable about the price. Do you have any ideas about what you'd like for the tattoos? They can be as simple as letters or more elaborate shapes. My personal preference is to put the more elaborate designs in the corners of the horse image and the simpler ones on the horse itself.

Here are some examples of tattoos I've made for myself or use.

Stable tattoo on the hip (2 wavy lines to represent water with an S for sandy creek)
Splash 2 tattoo in the lower left
Pearl tattoo in the lower right.

Stable Tattoo on hip
Riding Horse tattoo on thigh (reading from right to left, the Arabic letters L GH T)
Frame tattoo in lower left ( Olw in a square diamond)


Dilemma Friendship
Imported Stock tattoo in lower left
SCA Drafts on thigh (This one I didn't make. It was a gift to me. It's a red feather pen in writing position. A punning tattoo that really tickled me when it was given to me.)
