Rank Special: Catch A Blue Moon

The stars are just peaking out from behind great streaks of gossamer clouds. They stand guard like sentinels watching over the snow capped mountains. I might look like I am all washed up on the outside, but inside I still have the heart of a champion. All horses will be homozygous for Cream, Dun, Silver, and Champagne, but may be any base color. All horses will be exceptional producers.

Not just perfect, but exceptionally perfect. These horses can train higher and produce better offspring than normal creates. They will have greater than 100% breeding ability and greater than 100% training ability. They also will have perfect consistency.
