How do I get one? Is it an upgrade thing?

I believe that everyone can get a profile picture on the forum. You just need to click on your profile - when on the forum look for the blue bar at the top where it says "Discussions," "Activity," "Inbox" and just after that it should have your profile name.

Once you've clicked on that you should have a link where it says "Change my Picture" and then you can upload an image.

Some players also use a header image that appears whenever you click on one of their horses - I do believe that this is an upgraded feature that requires at least a Basic Upgrade and is uploaded through "Account and Stable Management" from the member home page.
