I'm primagina. Once upon a time, I played HAJINC on the Beta test run. I was wondering if it was still around, all these years later, so I popped in for a while.
It is completely unrecognizable to me! Also very cool to see how much it has grown.

I'm so excited to join this group! I can't stay away! I love horses and have owned one since I was a little girl. I joined in the end of June, so I didn't know if I was supposed to be a part of their group or this one since I just got to the objective telling me to join a group. So far I am loving this game!

What is something you are confused about with the game? Herd Helper. How do I share my herd helper with people? I have 15 creates left with it and I only have 90hb. Also, I can't do anything with the small amount of money I have left. Someone help me please?

I was a Howrse player but got bored with all the clicking and getting nowhere. I saw a link to this game and figured why not. Crossing my fingers that this one is better. I'm house-bound and bored. Always loved horses. I have an albino parakeet. I'm always looking for new friends. I only drink tea.

Hi LightninBug! Welcome! Like boredaf says, on this game, patience is a virtue, but you can still have tons of fun and learn stuff along the way! I've been playing since 2008 (I think!) and still love it, and there are people who have been along from the start!

@grimrie Oh, what kind of snakes do you have? Ball pythons? Corn snakes? I LOVE snakes :D

Hi welcome to the game. I'm not sure if I should respond here or in a separate thread but...


1. Create a bunch of horses, auction anything under 8k lifetime payout, sell anything under 300 points for half the lifetime payout, geld/spay and keep the ones over 300 (400 later on).

2. Keep a small breeding stock, no more than one horse per 3 gelded show ponies.

3. Only use exceptionally perfect and exceptional producers for your breeding stock.

4. Choose a single stallion for stud.

5. Covet rank special creates, pick a few breeding mares and sell the rest (it takes a bit of time to learn which ones are actually worth something but better safe than sorry)

6. Make careful use of your starting horsebucks they run out quick and don't come easily after that.

8. Read the FAQ (located under resources on the left side of a computer screen, not sure about on a phone)

9.Only breed foundation to foundation, 2nd gen to 2nd generation and so on. Otherwise they will only be good for showing not selling/breeding.

X. Fail. I'm joking but really the community here is awesome and more than willing to help out if you're struggling.

Additional suggestions: Get the basic upgrade either through game money or real as soon as possible. Haunt the 'games and giveaways' thread like an OCD ghost. Be upstanding in all your interactions the game has a semi cooperative element.

Welcome back, KingsleyStud! A lot has changed since 2014, but there are still some of the same people playing!

Good is based on breeding papers and genes, high papers produce higher PT foals which means more money from showing ( these show ponies are gelded) Good breeding stock is well papered comparision tests superior to their same gender parent colt to sire filly to dam. Genes are also important but that's very subjective. Some people like fantasy some like only realistic, some like liver, some like appy, *shrug* their aren't really any guidelines for that except that most people love satin.

As for meeting people, that will happen as you trade and engage in givaways and showing off foals. There isn't a follow feature that I'm aware, just comment on peoples foals and be upstanding in your trades and you'll find plenty of friends.

@ConfluenceStable, thank you for your generous gift. So it seems we want gelded/spayed offspring then? I thought they were more of a consolation prize for bad breeding choices. I think I understand a little better the statement in the general Q&A now. Thank you.

Hi, @amundsonmelissa2! This server isn't actually accepting new players right now. Since you took over someone elses account the achievements won't work like they do for a brand new account. Plus, this is the July 2021 Discussion group! :P :)

But, to answer your question, yes, spaying and gelding increases the horses training 'ability'.
