A silly question but how do you get the mane to lie on the other side of the neck?

It's a tack option, you can look at those on the individual horse's page. At the bottom of your Barns page, there's an option for bulk management/tack copying. :)

It's in a tack pack that can be purchased with IVs. Long and Lucious if I remember right.

blu is correct, the Long and Luscious tack pack. It is called Offside Mane.

You can purchase the tack pack with IVs.

When you do the bulk management ; make sure all the horses are the same ; if you are copying from a WB it will Only copy WB , etc :)
