I pay an extra 235% Barns are expensive for me!

I was unaware of this...is it based on stalls or barn i.e is there a difference between2 60s and 1 120s?

Based on stalls if I remember right, @boredaf.

I have 5700 non primary stalls so I pay an extra 172% on stalls.

So expotentail not linear also good to know.

In fairness if you have that many show ponies I doubt it's bad. I used to think IVs were sooo expensive now I don't think anything of 5-8IV purchases

Build up your show string and it’ll be easy to afford. I usually buy 200-300 IVs at a time now lol

@forestshadow Hmm I tend to write more for a Linkin park/seether kind of sound but maybe I should try that :) I would need to study some flexrap though, most of what I listen to is lyricist stuff jelly roll, mike shinoda, tom macdonald, some joyner and tupac.

If you have more than 1000 stalls (NOT including your primary stalls) you start to pay a tax for the extra strain your show string puts on the server. Every time you purchase a new barn using IVs the price will go up. That is because those barns can generate exponential amounts of income. Increasing the price of barns helps keep the economy from collapsing.

After 10,000 stalls you can no longer purchase barns via IV. The money you get back when you sell back a barn is based on what you paid for it, and the cash price never changes.

I'm still a small fry who pays an extra 10% on stalls with a little over 1k non- primary :))

Biggest advice is to keep a lot of your gelded and spayed stock! Easier said than done, I know, but your show ponies will make life SO much easier in the long run. :)

@forestshadow Oookay so my estimate of 25K per thousand horses was slightly off.

I have 2073 spayed/gelded horses in my show herd. My daily bonus is 86k, if that helps @boredaf. These are mostly 2nd and 3rd gen ponies, some bootstrapped and like most other people my breeding herd that aren't in pastures also contribute.

My breeding stock also auto show in their respective barns, so they contribute towards my daily payout.

776 intact horses, so that's a ratio of 6 show horses per 1 intact horse

I just leave them until they age out out of the game since I don't have the time to go through all those horses.
