It's an irregular regular event. It happens, just not frequently. Although come to think of it, we did just have one during July with we had the Summer Santa event going on. Sea ponies, though, instead of Candy ponies.

Ah, I think we've got Sea ponies in July, Candy ponies in Dec, and Candy Corn ponies in Oct. I'm wanting to say we had another event, but off the top of my head I can't remember it. It would be cool if the Dec. ponies got the old fashioned hard Candy as their coat patterns and left the Peppermint swirls for the regular candies. Not that I expect it to change, but it would be neat to see it follow the seasons.

The normal style candy ponies could be considered candy cane swirls. I always thought of them as the peppermint swirls.


The old fashioned candy I was talking about was these. Each piece with the little images inside them were different flavors. EXTREMELY hard to find now.
