Candy Pony glitch?

I've created over a thousand horses in the past two days and not gotten a single candy pony. Is there a glitch with the new one-per-day limit or am I just that unlucky? :(

Not particularly helpful, but my experience so far:
I got one on Wednesday with only a handful of tries.
I did not get one yesterday, but I created probably much less than a hundred.
I've just created 270 ponies, with no Candy ponies among them.

Has it been a full 24 hours between the time of the last candy pony by chance? I know with herd helper rerolls it's like that but I'm not sure if candy ponies are under the same principal.

For me it's been more than 24 hours. I got my last one the afternoon of the 6th. That must be when the limit went through because I got a bunch of them on the 5th. I created about 500 horses yesterday because I didn't want to miss out on my one candy pony for the day, but I didn't get one before rollover. I figured just bad luck, but another 500 or so creates today and still nothing. I hope the game isn't retroactively counting the candy ponies I've gotten so far this month.

I don't play on this server as much as I do Mesa but came here to see if anyone else was having the same issue...
I had pretty good luck in the beginning of the month on Mesa, but have created 500+ horses these past two days and no candy ponies. :(
Could definitely just be bad luck, but it feels like something bigger if we are all having the same issue. -
I doubt if there is anything wrong. You are basically gambling. Each time you create a horse you are rolling a fifty sided dice and hoping for one particular number to come up. Then you are rolling that massive dice again for the next horse, and so on. Think about rolling a normal six-sided dice waiting for one number to come up. Statistics say that after six rolls your number should have come up, but it doesn't work that way. The same is happening here with the candy create chances. :)

I understand that 1/50 is a probability, not a guarantee. The thing is, when the probability of getting a candy pony was half as likely, I was getting them much more. My first always within the first 200 creates, and very often I would get two within 100 creates, which was greater than the probability. Now with a probability of 1/50, I've gotten none in 1000 creates. That's a probability of about .009 when at 1/50, the probability of a candy pony occurring at least once out of 1000 is about .999, almost as good as a guarantee, yet it didn't happen. And that's not counting the other reports I've heard here. It just makes me think that maybe something is wrong since it isn't just me.

Well dammit. I literally forgot to put in the part that resets the counter. *sigh* It has been hell around here and I am making dumb mistakes as a result. I apologize for that.
