In the GMT lab.

It costs one GMT token.

On your horses control panel tab, you can click the Gene Mod Lab hyperlink. It will automatically select the horse you want when it heads to the GMT lab.

You then clik the blue botton to Modify This Horse. On the next page, there is a list of all the edits you can make, At the bottom of the gene list, there is a button to change gender.
