I have been doing PT testing on all of my horses including the spelds just for fun and came across this poor thing with a PT score of

0.6

What is the lowest you have seen? Just curious!

I think that the lowest currently in the game have a PT of 0.2 like this one of mine:

Doris's response to being asked to evaluate these horrible showers (under 1.0) is pretty funny:
"Your prospect was so bad you actually caused Dorris to faint dead away when she saw it. This is a very bad sign. Oh how the other stables are going to talk about this!"

Lowest I have seen is 0.4. Thing you got to remember, is that PT has nothing to do with breeding. Yeah, they may be a lousy shower, but may be an awesome breeder, or just plain lousy all around. It's all in the roll of the dice we don't see when they are created, lol.

There have been PT's in the negatives, but not on foundations. That only happens from bad breedings.

Interesting..thanks for the extra info. I'm still a bit confused on if the PT score has anything to do with breeding or not though? Is it random per horse regardless of bloodlines or is it passed on from sire/dam?

@Belasko from what I have heard, PT is not indicative of that individual horse's breeding ability but rather is indicative of its sire's and dam's breeding abilities.

Oh..ok. That makes more sense. So if a horse has a low PT it would probably be best for the parents to be spayed/gelded,but the horse itself likely doesn't need to be. Very helpful! Thanks all.

Expro with a .2 :D I guess she does prove that it doesn't have to do with breeding quality (as far as foundations).

I've had a 2nd generation mare (even pedigree) with a PT score of 9.4 paper blue.

really? I didn't know 2gs even had the possibility of papering blue. I've had 2g studs paper A,but I guess I need to step my mares up. Thanks for the info everyone.

Oh, that blue papered mare was a rarity for me. It's really rare for me to have a 2nd gen paper blue.

Ok the .6 and leveled off with 0 points is making me laugh. I'm tempted to hang on to her just to see if she ever gets a point. She's pretty!

I remember when Performance Testing first came out, I had a 2nd gen mare I had purchased from someone that tested something like a -1.6. That's officially the lowest I've seen!

Belasko I have quite a few 2G mares that are papered Blue, I even put some up for public breeding this year.
I don't make it a requirement but it's nice.

I just searched my mares and I have an XPro with 0.3PT and 5.5 points to her name lol
