Can’t buy straws?

I’m obviously missing something here, but I just can’t figure out what.
My gifter sent me a bunch of straws and eggs. I’ve been trying to buy them for the past three days and it just won’t work. I have a premium upgrade, plenty of money to buy them with, and none of the horses have genes that I’m not licensed for. I keep clicking on the purchase button and the page reloads every time, but the notification is still there and no money has been withdrawn from my account. Does anyone know what is going on here? Thank you!I’m autistic and I struggle with any kind of communication, so I apologize in advance if I say anything rude or offensive because there’s a 99% chance that I have no clue I did it. I appreciate your patience with me! -
What are the straws in question? Who sent them? I need more info to look into this. :)Need to contact me? Read this first.

I logged into your account and I can purchase them just fine. So it is not an issue with the game. Reboot your device maybe?Need to contact me? Read this first.
