I’m back (maybe) after not playing for a long time… is this possible now? How do we do it?

I believe (others can correct me if I'm wrong!) that when you go to purchase a pasture, it asks for your stable ID. It pre-populates your ID, but if you switch it to the buyer's ID the pasture will go to them. Then you'd put up a horse for sale for the price and the buyer would purchase the horse in order to send you the money for the pasture :)

No, not that I'm aware of. As far as I know this is for purchasing pastures with real money
