Hi guys! I know some of you have been following my journey (and probably sick to death of hearing me wax poetic about how crazy excited I am) and I want to thank you all for being such wonderful supporters. Today is the day my book, The Ghost's Host, has been released through my publisher, Bold Strokes Books. This has been such a wild ride and I could not have done any of it without the support of my H&J friends. You guys are amazing and I hope you all have an incredible New Year!
I had the joy of working last night and the even greater joy of being mandated to work half of first shift this morning, as well, so I haven't been able to celebrate anything yet. Honestly, I just can't wait to drag my tired butt to bed! Cheers to a good day's sleep and novella well-received!

@Elana- It is so terrifying! I've been sick to my stomach and running to the bathroom for two days because I've got myself all stressed out. I was so excited last night to see a few reviews and they weren't too bad! Thanks, guys! It is getting mixed reviews (shockingly, a couple of 5 stars which I did not expect!) but all in all averages about 4 stars on goodreads.com, so I'm just tickled pink. My second book is going to take a lot longer than I thought since they want it turned from a novella into a full-fledged novel. I have to submit the rewritten manuscript with another 30k words by September. Between work and mandatory overtime, being a full-time-old-lady college student, and my rewrites, I'm pulling my hair out right now.
