My hbs fir joining chat room

I joined the chat room early this afternoon, mostly to get the HBSs. I know they tell you that it can take an hour or so before you get them but it has been at least 2 hours or so and I still haven't gotten them. Did I do something wrong or are you very busy? Thanks for your help. sandi648

It can take some time. If a result you're expecting doesn't seem to have arrived, my advice would be to log out of the game entirely and then log back in. This will usually help. You can also try "clearing your cache" or restarting your device's memory from scratch.

You don't automatically get the HBs. You have to click on the achievements area to claim it.
Logging in and out only addresses issues with upgrades being activated. It can't fix much else. :)Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )
