Is anyone else terrified to run their studs through SBA? I have a few studs that i'm so nervous about testing that I'm thinking I'll just turn testing off for them (until I need to comp test them). These are the guys I'm worried about. Do you think they'd all pass?

Honestly I've turned off testing for all the studs that it would kill me to loose...but I would guess that if they comp test better then they would pass

I would take a deep breath and test them. Its all about improving your lines if they get snipped its for a reason. Better to know now then get to a point in your lines where you cant progress because the quality is not there. then having to start again been there . its way easier to have the one horse snipped now then have to cull whole line in the future.

Jaclou is right - it is far better to have quality horses to breed with. I have found the new system very helpful as I was not good at being extra strict myself. I can understand how hard it is though, particularly if you have spent real money on making your horses look pretty. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and push the button - regard it as one of life's lessons (even if it is not 'real' life!)

Personally, I would turn off testing for the two foundation boys since they are pretty special genetically. The two lined boys, I would test just too make sure they are as good as they can be. Either way, they are all gorgeous!
