Hey, so something weird happened. I just went to use the straws I ordered from your boys, and they're missing. I even triple checked in horse search to make sure I hadn't already used them. They're just gone. I know they couldn't have expired, since I just purchased them this month, but they're not in my straws list in the breeding lab. Did they maybe get accidentally deleted in your lab?

@MackZ I don't think there's any way I can delete them once they are sold, I've definitely done like annismyrph said and rejected offers by accident before though, is it possible this happened? I would be happy to resend straws!

I thought of that too, so I checked my transactions and it says I purchased them. They're just gone somehow.
If you don't mind sending replacements I would be very grateful. I was really looking forward to using them. Thank you!
