You can only clone horses you bred yourself. Pitchblackdam38 bred her.Thanked by 1OopsDotCom

When I clone a horse, how come I can't clone a university bred horse? does that count as not being bred by yourself? -
Correct. It would have been bred by Hajinc University. You can't clone a clone, but you can clone the original horse you cloned again. The price to do so raises each time though.Thanked by 1OopsDotCom

It worked! I cloned the foal, then I changed the gender on the original so I have both a mare and a stud identical. Both passed sba. I am gonna have to wait a couple months before I can find out if they'll breed true.
