grullo horses and stripes
-
how come some grullo horses have stripes and some don't? Is there a gene for that?
Thanks -
Grullo is just a black horse with the dun gene. Some stripes are just more pronounced than others, I think.
-
what makes the stripes then?
-
The dun gene has variable expression. The intensity of the dilution of the body color and the amount of leg striping on any given horse is decided randomly by the image generator when the horse is first created. If you re-roll the image (from the horse's control panel, not the image refresh button under the picture) it will change. It does cost 100hb per re-roll.Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses in all the fancy colors.
