I'm so sorry for your loss. I've been here less than a month

I have been there as well and I just want to send some hugs because it's a rough thing to go through

I'm so so sorry Sharayah... I live with Chronic depression, severe Generalized Anxiety & a social phobia.. I know how draining it can be :( Sending lots of virtual hugs & I'm wishing you the absolute best xx

Have you given thought into talking to a therapist about it? If not I would suggest at least thinking it over for a day. Support is vital for any moment. I hope you have friends or family that are there for you in whatever way you need them to be.

Im so sorry to hear that, ironically I'm going through the same thing right now... I have a special needs toddler and caring for him everyday while struggling with this depression is so, so hard. The hardest part is not seeing anything better in days ahead...but I suppose logically I know that it WILL get better. Try to hold on to that--that our depressed brains trick us into believing there's nothing to look forward to or nothing good coming for us, but there is. Sending you all the best <333<br />
