Out of curiosity does anyone know for level 2 what's the minimum real money needed? My real life income isn't that great.

Yep it started in 2006. I found it advertised on Horse land, those were terrible times lol

I saw the ad on Instagram for a long time before deciding to try HAJ. I wish I would have started sooner! Some things kind of remind me of Howrse, but HAJ is much better in my opinion. And the community is so much nicer and more supportive!

I think it's 2,500 for level 1, 25,000 for level 2, and 250,000 for level 3.

Yes, level 3 can be done without real cash, a lot of gifts are bartered for with others - obtaining heavily GMT'd horses from others for you to gift away, paying with HBs for pastures or barns, purchasing straws/eggs etc with hbs. It can be done for sure! But you will probably need to start with a lot of capital (hbs)

Level 3 also requires a Premium Account ; the other 2 do not ; and you need to earn your way up each step :)

@CheshireFarms I'm sure Ammit would if she could but twice a year is more than enough! It takes a lot of hands to help with the GE and hosting more often would make it less special. You could always check the gift exchange page under you member home page to remember the amounts needed for each ranking.
Ammit does more than enough so let's not put any extra pressure on her :D

I'm getting so excited about the GE already. I'm dutifully squirreling away ponies and IVs to spoil my giftee(s). I also think it would lose it's enchantment if more than twice a year though.

@OopsDotCom I'm 99% sure barns can only be sent to other players using RL cash, not HBs. There isn't a "shop for someone else" link on the IV purchase page. The only way that might work is if you paid someone HBs to buy the barn with RL money and send it to your giftee.
