Horse Image Update
-
A bunch of updates went in at the same time from both Haystack and I so apologies if I miss something.
All horse images now come with a default highlight shading layer. In order for this to appear you will need to reroll your horses image. Rerolling is currently free while we make these new image transitions. At the moment go to Upgrades and Extras >> My IV Manager >> IV Shopping and select the horse you wish to reroll from the list and then click Reroll Portrait. We will be streamlining this process but Haystack is doing some work on the horse page at the second so I can't do any editing on it this morning. Have fun and enjoy your shinies.
I have added two new genes At and A+ aka brown and wild bay. Quick genetics lesson. All bay horses start out pure black. The bay gene erases that black in some areas. One copy of At erases a little bit of black, two copies of At erases more black, A erases black over the whole body but leaves the legs, mane and tail, A+ is so strong at erasing it removes even some of this. You can both create and GMT on At and A+
Since we now have a true brown gene StySty bay horses are now just called bay, however they still look essentially the same. StySty bay horses (formally brown) are a dark purple cherry color, while At browns are a rich espresso color.
At a - ALWAYS brown
AtAt -Brown with any amount of sooty, bay with no sooty
A+ - ALWAYS Wild bay with any other bay gene A/a/t
A with A/At/a - ALWAYS Bay
Feel free to post examples or brags of any you get below.Post edited by Ammit at 2014-09-21 09:19:12Need to contact me? Read this first.

I really like this update! New genes and finally the elusive wild bay! Yay! :D Got a few questions though:
Do you only need 1 A+ for wild bay? Or do two copies of A+ make a difference in appearance?
And you need two At copies for a brown horse right?
I'm a bit confused :pHJ1 160524

One At will give a look similar to brown, but unless they are Sty also, they will be labeled bay.
One A+ will make a wild bay with E? -
At a - ALWAYS brown

A+ - ALWAYS Wild bay with any other bay gene A/a/t

I couldn't wait for the university to go live so I splurged on a clone of one of my foundies... :x

I thought At had to have sooty to be Brown?
My one stallion is AtAt SS and he's labeled Bay... -

IloveitIloveitIloveitIloveit!
After I re-rolled this horse:,
it was time for me to get ready for bed. As I passed my laptop after locking up the house, I glanced at the screen, and at first glance I thought that it was a photograph of a real horse!
Well done, everyone!
