As far as I know, you can only sort by paper level, not search for particular paper levels. I think you'll have to select "paper level" under the "advanced sort" drop down menu and then just scroll down the pages until you get to the yellows.

Edit: Something you could do for future searches of your own horses is include an abbreviation for paper levels in the name and search by that. I've seen that done before.
