Ordinarily I love a Blackout Event...

...but last night I activated a sooty dun, an ex pro dun splash, and a sooty palomino herd helper, just to do some DP hunting during appy hour this evening, which I even set an alarm for this week so I wouldn't forget. Now my dun will be gone, and the DP won't show. And I activated an exceptionally perfect black herd helper too, which would have been black anyways. Oh well, I guess that's how things go sometimes. :PThanked by 1fiddleroo

Well, I clicked on a bunch of silver and champagne herd helper links. I'm going to make a bunch of silver black and classic champagne appies tonight instead. It's a change of plans, but I'm looking forward to appy hour again. I love silver and champagne on black. :)

@fiddleroo, Here's one of my classic champagnes (that's the term for black with champagne) with reverse dapples. None of the other champagnes, or any other color for that matter, can get dapples quite like these. I love it, especially with silver and chinchilla. :)

@Forestshadow, Me too! That's the core of my favorite line. And I had planned my whole HaJ evening around those herd helpers and then the blackout put an end to that. But luckily my other line is silver black with some classic champagne so the change of plans worked out nicely. :)
