What happens if you boost a star or a gold?
-
I was told it removes the papers but you still have a good breeder.

wouldn't the PT get higher? then retest ?Thanked by 1OopsDotCom

I don't think boosting affects PT, just breeding ability. I suppose it would get higher, but the horse would still paper star or gold so you'd never really see where the boost landed them, unless you comparison tested them before and after.Thanked by 1OopsDotCom

CLynnRose is correct that you can’t see the affect on their breeding ability unless you do a lot of comparison testing before and after.
The PT only changes when GMTed perfectly consistent. Inconsistent horses scores can go up quite a bit, a consistent horse score might not increase at all, or go up a little bit.Thanked by 1OopsDotCom -
Hmm, I don't think I'm understanding this very well, probably best if I just stay away from boosting Stars or golds. Thanks for the advice.

The horse you boost will be better by the amount you boost it, but the papers will stay the same.Need to contact me? Read this first.
