Wow! I had no idea they could be negative.

Edit: How long has Chili Jam been at stud? That's so funny that he's there just to breed bad horses! Is that the only way to get negative PT?

What does a negative PT score mean? So irascible that no one can get near?

Here's a complete chart of all the reactions from Dorris that I made quite a few real-life years ago. It always takes me a while to locate it in my numerous H&J files.

PT Score Reaction from Dorris
<1.1 Your prospect was so bad you actually caused Dorris to faint dead away when she saw it. This is a very bad sign. Oh how the other stables are going to talk about this!<br />
1.1-2.0 Dorris is clearly horrified when she sees your horse. She asks you to please remove the animal from the testing grounds and not to present it again! How embarrassing.

2.1-3.0 Dorris looks shocked when you present the horse. She clearly thinks it is a very poor showing animal. Perhaps you should have left this horse at home.

3.1-4.0 Dorris does not look pleased and practically scowls at your horse. Things do not look good for this prospect.

4.1-5.0 Dorris does not look pleased and practically scowls at your horse. Things do not look good for this prospect.

5.1-6.0 Dorris frowns when you present your prospect. She seems rather put off by the animal. It is doubtful the score will be any good.

8.1-9.0 Dorris raises her eyebrow as she inspects your prospect. The corners of her mouth form a tiny frown before she fills out her clipboard. She turns away quickly, unimpressed, without even a dismissal.

9.1-10.0 Dorris gives your prospect a looking over and marks her clipboard without comment before dismissing you with a wave of her hand.

10.1-11.0 Dorris carefully considers your prospect. She marks her clipboard then gives you a slight nod before dismissing you.

11. 1-12.0 Dorris carefully examines your prospect. She seems mildly impressed with the horse and marks the grade down quickly. You are dismissed with a friendly nod.

12.1-13.0 A small smile seems to touch Dorris's lips. Can you believe it? I think she likes your horse. Well done. She sends you off with a twinkle in her eye.

13.1-13.6 Oh wow! Dorris is actually smiling. She sure likes your horse. What a keeper your prospect must be. She even talks to you when you are dismissed. Just wow!

14.1 + Sweet Merciful Mr. Ninjas! Dorris is congratulating you on how nice your horse is. Can I buy that horse off you? No really. I mean it. Please? Oh look she is dismissing you and shaking your hand. You lucky son of a mare!

Oh my gosh! I haven't had a horse hit the 14.1+ yet. That Dorris comment is awesome! :-))

Less than -1 on it, and included this, which is probably the other one you had in mind:

Dorris says "You are flat broke." Dorris gives you a dirty look and waves for her aide to kick you out.

The one I copied into this thread was saved on June 27, 2017. The copy that I saved on November 6, 2017 includes the Less than -1 comment and, added below the chart, the flat broke comment.

I'll keep on looking.
