I have five 2G hom DP, hom sty tobiano mares in pasture with 17+ day boost. One is six and the rest are four yo. I'm starting to move away from focusing on 2Gs on this line so I guess I'd be willing to sell them. I know I also have some others that have some of the genes on your list but not all. Links below, and feel free to look through all my barns and pastures if you like. :)

I wasn't really planning on selling too many Morel babies, but, I was going to do a big barn purge for the new era next month so I guess I'd be willing to sell them. :) 10k each sound okay? And if there are any others you're interested in, even if they're marked "keep," feel free to make an offer. I mostly do that in my initial cull just so I don't accidentally auction them.

I just saw your edit that you're particularly looking for foundation mares. Some of these are older and have already been bred this year, but I'd be willing to sell any of them. One of these is a 3 yo hom DP, hom sty perfect foundation:

This is all my mares with DP but many have Hom DP and/or Sooty (het/hom) and some Tobiano as well. First 6 or 7 are a bit older but the rest are 2 years old. All the 2 year olds are 2G however.

Most of the palominos, and those marked with GMT/Named are keepers.
I can go through later if you want to pull out those I can for sure part with.
