Today marks my 1 year anniversary of joining HAJ. I'm addicted and have been since the very beginning. I've been helped along the way and I'm so grateful to the HAJ community for how helpful and generous they've been to me and to others. I want to give back to mark the occasion.

If you want to enter the giveaway, please leave a reply with a message that includes either your current project, favorite horse, favorite HAJ memory or anything else you wish to share.

I will be inputting all entries into a random generator and drawing two of them. Both winners will each receive 1 million HBs!

I have a few new projects started this month - an Era 13 line that I have been planning for a while, plus a couple new lines inspired by some herd helpers. This is the foundation stallion for my completely unplanned but exciting Orca/Black Sea/DMSP line

I passed my 1 year anniversary recently too, it's so crazy, HAJ is just such an amazing game and community :)

My favorite HAJ memory is a bit strange. When I first joined, I pretty quickly joined a chatroom and found a cool-looking horse. On impulse, I bought it and bred it. But later that day I found that it had been reserved for a specific player. I felt so bad, especially since I had already bred it, and re-listed it with an apology. Everyone was very gracious, and the player it was supposed to go to said everything was fine and made me feel so much better about my mistake. Normally, you would think I wouldn't have chosen this as my favorite memory. But it actually showed me how amazing this community is, and it very quickly taught me to pay attention before I just buy a horse! =))

I'd love to breed more that resemble these, but with only generation 1 paper C, I'm getting nowhere fast. I guess I'll have to plod slower or somehow find a stud and a mare I could fit in.

Congratulations on supassing one year on HaJ! <:-P <br />I recently hit the year mark as well. Here is my current GMT project. He’s the first horse I’ve GMT’d by myself! Still working on some finishing touches, but he’s coming along nicely :)

Congrats on one year! What a milestone!

I'm working out my next project, but probably my favorite horse I ever had was this stallion who was archived while I took a hiatus. He was one of my biggest GMT projects at the time, and I built a really cool line off of him. I recently got my hands on one of his foals that someone else bred from a straw they bought from me, and I'm going to use her for a while for breeding, since she's only 9. I'm just really fond of this boy and definitely wish I'd used him to his full potential.

I have a few projects I'm working on, but I think the one I'm most excited about(and also finding to be the most difficult) is a line of Classic Champagnes with reverse dapples, like this girl:

I've only bred her once so far, and got exactly what I was hoping for, but finding more foundations with the same genes and papers is proving rather difficult. But they are so gorgeous! :x

Congrats to you, a year, that means you have some horses you bred that are getting long in the tooth.

I am fairly short of memories being a new player, but instead i'll tell you a secret about me. I have always been an early riser, but now I'm waking up on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays before 5am EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Can you guess why?

I didn't think i was going to like the muddy puddles horses, but on this account, at least, here is one of my favorite foals. THey are quite striking

This is my favorite horse and my favorite memory.

Back when I first started, before I understood HHs, GMs and all that stuff, I posted an outrageous ISO request without realizing how outrageous my request was. But @Johara came through with this guy. It was at least a month before I realized how very special this gift was! This community is absolutely amazing!

My main project line is trying to breed chimeras, but as you can imagine that's pretty slow going. This guy is probably the coolest looking one I've gotten so far on this server!

Man, when I first joined I saw a magenta axiom and I was too stunned to speak lol. I was the same with those mushroom, nd1 horses (somethi ng like that) I thought they looked weird.

Here is my favorite horse, I managed to scoop her up from a chat room and I love her. I think her name and tack matches her coat beautifully and I didn't put a saddle on her because I want to see her rabicano markings.

My other HAJ memory was when I entered a contest, I told a little bit about an old pony called Casper at my barn. Sadly only a few weeks ago Casper got put down due to joint and athritis issues.

Congrats on the anniversary! I just hit two years in May :) I feel like I've seen you around longer than just a year! You seemed to pick up the ropes a lot quicker than me at least bahaha. I silently lurked for a good while before becoming more active on the forums. I've had a lot of help from my "mentor" @khaosacres and found a great friend in @oatsman. This community is amazing, and I've never been as active online as I am here. Y'all are family :x

This is my latest project. When he is finished he will be the new cornerstone of my fantasy phantom line. Thanks to another players generosity he has Roses on him and I'm hoping to be able to get Jellyfish on him next month when it comes available. I'm also thinking about one copy of Nexus so he will glitter like the stars at night when I do Iate night checks on the animals. My real gene horses on here are always modeled after my favorite colors and such, but I feel like often my fantasy horses are so much more personal. On this guy, the Roses represent my daughter who I waited 8 years to have and whose nickname is Rosie and the moon jellies at Chincoteague, VA. I cry a little every time I cross the bridge there because it feels like my soul has come home. I'm excited to see what he looks like when he is all done.

This is my main boy currently. I had went wild with some genes back then and he refects that. :-))
He throws some pretty kids though. (Not saying he ain't purty)

First Congratulations on your 1year! This game is the only one that has held my attention for so long.
Here are a couple of my projects (one will be a stallion eventually)
First off:

She need another sooty+ and Hom satin for sure not sure if I will do platinum on her or not.

This one needs satinx4 and sooty+ x4 also ugh some day I will get it done of course platinum on this one is a possibility so I can do a line of them.

congratulations on one year in September it will be a year for me also. and in this year i have met the most amazing people that have a love for horses.
this stud is my newest project and to be honest i am quite pleased with how he turned out

She is probably one of my favorite looking mares. Her dam was a gift exchange gift from December and is easily top 5 overall and top foundation mare. I've decided I'm not going to focus too much on papers and PT but just enjoying the colors I can create on this account.
And I should be picking up a paint yearling in 2 weeks to train and be my future buddy and trail horse!
